Useless PDA, USELESS Argggh! This
article infuriates me. It's about how Microsoft "understands" PDAs and is going to dominate the market because: it's bundled WinCE into .NET, installed I.E. 5.5 as the browser, put in Windows multimedia player, Passport, and some unidentified networking standard. Let's look at this from the perspective of a normal human being: I don't care about .NET, there's no network for my PDA to connect to, web pages look lousy on a tiny screen, movies look lousy on a tiny screen, I don't need Passport, and did I mention there's no network for my PDA to connect to? The only thing that shifts WinCE devices is the $400 Microsoft shells out with each one.
