Sharing this information is probably illegal under the DMCA, which is a pity, because how else would people learn MSFT has once again broken standards by using "the non-alphanumeric character '*' instead of '/', and '!' instead of '+' in some places, and in other places they replace '/' with '@' and '!' with '%'. This means that any software dealing with these strings cannot use a standard Base64 decoder, but must use a custom-build decoder." Custom built by Redmond, of course.
